Recently i have really found out that my temper has gone worsen than the past especially at home…… and my patients is really running out….. and have always been comparing myself with others….. and i am not happy with many things.

I was advice at the temple that

i really need to bring down lots on my temper and improves lots in my patients…. and forgiving

second i need to forgo my worries , my stress , my jealousy , my confusion ….. before i kick start off the new semester or now i have to forgo it…….(everyone noes my worries are always my domestic matters and stress is always that when i dun understand something than and its just so near the exam i start to panick)

do more charity works……

Be happy, Calm and cheerful everyday……

Avoid stuff that will make you fall sick easily….
